Aura Postnatal Yoga and Fitness

Whether this is your first, second, or fourth trip around the postpartum block, there’s a good chance your post-baby body feels a lot different than your pre-pregnancy self. You did just birth a human, after all!

Exercising after you deliver your baby can improve your physical and mental wellbeing. It also:

• Helps in restoring muscle strength and firming up your body
• Promotes weight loss
• Strengthen your abdominal muscles
• Improves your mood, relieve stress and help prevent postpartum depression.

When to start Postnatal Yoga and Fitness classes?

After your doctor's approval and once you are fully recovered. You can start Postnatal Fitness in 6-8 weeks post Vaginal delivery and 8-12 weeks post a Caesarean birth.

Aura Postnatal Fitness sessions focuses on Core Strengthening of Women’s body by adapting different forms of Fitness like – Postnatal Yoga, Low Impact Cardio, Barre, Pilates, HIIT, Yoga Sculpt & Strength Conditioning.

We use different equipment to ensure we work on complete body. Breathing and Meditation plays a vital role in our program.

Do we provide Online classes?

Yes, we do conduct online and In-centre classes
